From the tool bar at the top of the internet explorer...choose the tabs that says tools ...then choose internet options...then clear history...but you will lose all the sites in you explorer drop down tab by doing this. If you really want to clear out all of them...then you can delete files and delete cookies also by the same page in internet options.

1. Tools-->Internet-->Clear History

2. In the same dialog -->Delete Files (check the box delete all offline content).

3. Delete cookies will make ALL the websites you've visited "forget" you - you know like when Yahoo! recognizes who you are the next time you visit. It's not necessary to delete these, but now you know what it does!

Toodles!
