Charles W. Sweeney was the pilot on the Nagasaki Mission. He died in 2004.

Paul Tibbets piloted the bomber for Hiroshima. He was born in 1915, but I can't find a date of death, so I guess he's still alive.

Col. Paul Tibbets and Capt. Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk were the pilot and navigator of the Enola Gay (Hiroshima). I can't any reference to their passing. But I did find reference that said Capt. Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk was the only surviving crew-member. .
