why women are not having penis and men vagina?

for 1 can you imagine men having a baby ? no cause they could not bear the pain that goes with having one,(baby) they would never survive it .
your question should ask ...why do men have a penis and women have a vagina?

If women have penis, they will keep the stuff always inside and if man have vagina, he will have a tough time and will realize whats the pain being a mother.................
