Goats in Southwest Morocco only climb a special kind of tree called the argan tree.

We saw goats in trees in Morocco recently. A most bizarre phenomenon! The area between Marrakesh and Essaouira has the trees that the Argon nuts where the precious and very expensive oil is harvested. I believe it also it the area between Agadir and Taroudannt. Visit one area depending on where you are staying.
The goats eat the nuts and pass them through their body. The women's co-operative, then works very hand intensively to make it into the oil. If you want to take photographs of the goats in the trees, do pay a few Dir hams otherwise the local children will knock them flying out of the tree...cruel!
The oil is expensive, but is really good for you. I had a massage with it last week, when on holiday in Marrakesh and still feel really smooth.

Chain saw a few trees down. The goats will start climbing down all on their own!

I've lived in Morocco for a while and I've seen goats in trees when i was driving from Marrakech to Agadir. Its really funny to see them. They are usually climbing Argan trees which you can find a lot near the city of Agadir.

I don't know about goats in trees...but I've seen goats on roofs in Wisconsin!

SOME BLACK GOATS CAN CLIMB TREES. you can see them in some places in Africa and middle east
