No, he's not. He was/is bisexual, but he seems to have kind of 'grown out' of that - he has a child now with a woman who is practically his wife.
Brian Molko [the lead singer] has been quoted before describing sexuallity as very fluid, so although he was never GAY, he's always been very feminine.
The base player in the band, however - Stef Osdal - is gay.
