Instead of asking do the search yourself. Here are some websites that might help.

Do you mean Martin Luther King Jr? Otherwise, Martin Luther was a catalyst in the protestestant split from the Roman Catholic Church and his son or grandson if he had any would have continued his work.

Born 1/15/29 in Atlanta, his father was a pastor and his mother had been a teacher. He had an older sister Willie Christine and later a younger brother, Alfred Daniel. He loved to play baseball, football and basketball, ride his bicycle and sing. He often sang in his father's church. His mother told him about slavery after he was upset that 2 of his friends would no longer play with him because they were white and he was black. He learned to read before he was old enough to start school. He spent a lot of time reading about black leaders. He finished high school 2 years early and went to Morehouse College at age 15. Here, he decided to become a minister. After he graduated, he went to Boston University for a doctorate. This is where he met his wife, Coretta Scott, who was studying music. He began his first job as a pastor in Montgomery in 1954. In 1955, Rosa Parks was arrested for sitting in the "white only" section of a bus. Dr. King led a protest. He went on to lead many more peaceful protests. In 1964, he won the Nobel Peace Prize. On 4/4/68, he died after being shot by James Earl Ray at a motel in Memphis. Dr. King's grave marker reads, "I'm free at last."

All of this is from a children's book that I recently completed an assignment on.

"We must meet hate with love."- MLK Jr
