It could be done, but why would you want to do this? It would require someone with a lot of knowledge in welding and mechanics. Build the 454 and it will blow the doors off of any V10 ever made! More is sometimes not faster or better. As far as cost; it is better to build the 454 and forget the V10 as it will not make that much power. One would think it would but trust me the V10 is a dog! There is not enough performance parts on the market to make the V10 fast and strong, and besides you could end up putting $10,000 into the swap, and still have something that wouldn't stay in sight with the 454. alot of guesses here but they dont know yes it can be done without alot of work and as far as power horsepower is not what its all about you need tourge the v10 has lots of tourge it will run circles around the 454 if done right there is things you can do to make this engine unbeatable in a blazer you can go anywhere
this was a good idea for a different kind of modification

Anything is possible if you have enough money and time. Your idea may not be feasible or practical but it can be done.

but why? you have the best motor . put the time and money in it 700 hp almost easy.
