Variation is the key to appetite.
Next thing is creativity.

So,next time you give her something solid like bread or fruits, why not try to put some shapes into it.
She'll be too curious to eat those different forms and you'd stimulate her motoric skills.
You can also blend these fruits and offer it to her in different textures, mixtures and colors each day.Surely she'd enjoy them and enhance her tastebuds on the process.
Take care.

At 9 months old your baby should not be having peanut butter/milk/honey/cheese or anything that can cause allergic reactions or allergies later in life. These are good things to start at around 12 months.
If you daughter has teeth, give her things a little lumpier so she can practice her chewing skills, If she doesn't have teeth or just a few teeth, don't feel like you have to give her solids, she will gag and eventually will strop eating what you offer her.
I still mash my daughters food, she is 16 months, but has only few teeth, so I rather she eat, than force her to eat solid pieces of food that she gags on. Don't worry what the doctor/friends/family tell you. When she has more teeth, she will definately chew more.
I gave my daughter mashed pears/apples/bananas/peaches etc mashed in with her cereal.
I found if you cook it once a week, mash it and freeze them in the silicone muffin trays (they are easy to come out) then put them in a ziplock bag, you will have enough for the week. It really is a great way to have home made food on hand, the muffin sizes are a perfect serving size.

Try unsweetened apple sauce that's mixed with other fruit. The strawberry is a bit too tart, but the peach and mango are pretty good. So long as she isn't allergic, of course. Has she had eggs yet? Scrambled eggs might do pretty good, unless you're trying to keep breakfast light (trying to have fruit, mainly). They have some soft cereals out there besides rice cereal now. I think Gerber makes them. You could try that. Also a little warm rice cereal mixed with fruit might be good.

3 oz..of fruit sauce or handmade end result mixed with an oz.. of the two oatmeal or multigrain cereal and slightly formulation stirred in alongside with a 4 oz..bottle of formulation is his well-known breakfast. now and lower back he gets pancakes for a manage if we are having an entire take a seat breakfast on the weekend. Eggs and toast are yet another widespread breakfast manage with a pair tastes of 1st Baron Beaverbrook. he's even had waffles once or twice. The fruit is the least puzzling - in certainty you are able to by using the sugar loose fruit purees in the applesauce/lunch snack area of the food market - purely recommendations the berry ones, a number of them have strawberry. one million/2 of one of those and a few cereal and formulation jumbled mutually and a healthful breakfast is waiting in in basic terms a minute or 2! do no longer forget approximately issues like avocado, pineapple, blueberry, persimmons, asian pears, etc... which you will mixture and freeze at residing house for much greater form.

most 9 month olds only have front teeth so giving fruit at this point is not such a good idea unless it's a banana or something like that. Babies for some reason, LOVE bananas so try some mashed banana and cheerios. (allow the cheerios to get soft in some milk then give them to her) also try some applesauce or pancakes. My kids LOVE pancakes!! hope this helps!!

My daughter ate and still eats every morning Peaches n Cream instant oatmeal (really thick), or Apples in Cinnamon instant Oatmeal....I use Quacker 50% less sugar. She loves it and WON'T eat anything else for breakfast. So sometimes she'll get a breakfast for supper, lol. She only likes her scrambled eggs smothered in Ketchup but not at breakfast time.

Does she like any of the breakfast cereal Gerber sells? They have toddler oatmeal flakes that sometimes mine will eat.

My son hates the cereal I would mix from the box also. Have you tried the cereal with fruit that comes in the baby food jars. My son loves that. Also, try oatmeal with bananas mashed up in it.

you can give her a avacado mashed (only slice of avacoado) then some applesause mixed with it. or if you know how to make a omlete this will be easy but if you dont it wont you break the egg in to a bowl then mix it with a fork like your gonna make scamrbeled eggs but ur not then when its all done you put it in he pan and thenwhen its not watery you like make it ina half then just wait till its ready and cutt it in to lines and give it to the baby.
you can make her noodles wiht nothing on them just plain!!

Good Luck

Cream of Wheat, plain yogurt or vanilla, cottage cheese, rice cereal, cheerios, banana, oatmeal, eggs (especially scrambled), cheese

She should be having things without a lot of texture or too much flavor. Since she is fairly new to solids, you don't want to overload her and cause problems.
