i have 15 kg more!
i really want to loose weight but
my face,hands,and stomach are good but my problem is my legs and back!!
most of the time i'm siting in chair, beacause of my job.
i know that i should walk more ,
but what is the best way ?!

1st put down the soda pop ( coke cola, pepsi ), use less suger in your coffee or tea. Use less salt and don't eat after 6pm.
Need to walk more but can't due to your job? Park farther away from your job and walk a few extra blocks before and after you shift.

wow im in that same position.but what i do now is that i got to a gym with my mom (24 hour fitness) and i don't do a whole lot cuz i jsut started.so i do 10 mintues of 6 things. i don't see i difference now, but i sure i will.but what you can do is do 10 minutes of something when you are at home. dancing, running, anything that helps.and maybe start a new diet.like eat at least one piece of junk one a week or once every two weeks.

eat the right foods, do a lot of walking and other exercising. walking tho is the best way, use steps instead of elevator. Good Luck...

Dieting is a waste. It effect your health. You should use a sauna therapy. or a sauna belt . My mother use it and she lose her wieght . It really works.But consult your docter first it may be risky walking will help you most .Morning Walk is the best thing to lose your wieght.
