The Martian. WAY more powerful and overall better character.

I think that the manhunter is a better character all around. Vision is still really good, but is lacking a lot when it come to manhunter. The other thing is that Manhunter is alot more powerful in terms of his powers. He once used a secret telepathy to grant an unstopable villan a mental wish and tricked him into leaving. The full range of manhunters powers is still not known, but Vision is more or less capped.
The only was Vision could have an edge is if he used fire (manhunters weakness) against him. Also vision is immune to Manhunters telepathy because he is an android and has no mind to speak of.
But my vote is still to Martian Manhunter

Jean will win because he is an alien & has a variety power . The vision is only a robot, an android. Aside from phasing the vison can only shoot laser beams. Jean or the martian manhunter can destroy the vision in an instant even with his mind.

Excellent choice for a contest. Much better than some of those muscle-vs-muscle almost identical 'who would win's. I don't know who would win, but I sure would like to watch!
PS, did you know that they were originally going to make that character Yonn Yonnsonn, the Swedish Manhunter...?

i would have to say man-hunter also he can phase like vision can but is almost if not as strong as super man and can true into different things also if very hard to kill, vision would put up a fight but be destroyed in the end
