They did settle there. There was also a try in Nigeria iirc. The settlement in Palestine was just more popular.

Because they had further goals they wanted to achieve in the Arab world, and in Palestine. These goals are related to their corrupted religious beliefs, they have been planning for many years to dominate.
We should be aware of that.
