I see that topic about eunuch interests some people here. Well, during the penis ablating in the pubis still is left the duct called Urethra, so thro the orifice (urinary meatus) the urination still will be possible.

a man without testicles can still get an erection. Therefore Eunuchs in Biblical days that worked around Queens and Princes or whoever were female dignitaries, were made Eunuchs (no penis) So there was no chance they could have sex with whom they were taking care, guarding, or the such.
