Asexual for sure... unless you count adrian's step mother, stick insect.

Without insects, we would be surrounded by piles of human trash, since they help (beetles, especially) to break down rotting things and process them (eat them & poop them out!) back into soil.

Many insects "interact" with us in agriculture also, there are crops we farm that rely on insects for pollenation.

Bugs. They are a good thing...
