Actually I also start work in an hour and a half, at 6:00. I got sleep but only maybe 4 1/2 hours. To get through the day have a coffee or two to get you started and drink Mountain Dew throughout the day. This has a lot of caffeine and doesn't make you go to the bathroom frequently like coffee does.

Well first of all you really need to sleep. I've had serious health problems from chronic lack of sleep. And for your question, just drink a little coffee and wash your face with water constantly to stay awake.

You need to call out sick...
But if you can't.. stagger caffeine with some complex carbs.. like oatmeal or bread throughout the day.. stay away from sugary foods.. they will make you crash and stop drinking caffeine 4 hours before you go to bed. Stay away from Caffeine pills and Red Bull they will both make you crash faster..
And... CALL OUT SICK!

In all seriousness, eat lots of carbohydrates (bread, grain cereal). Go out and buy a big bottle of gatorade. You will get energy from the sugar in the carbos and the gatorade will keep your electrolytes balanced.
