can anyone tell me where to get a free fish especially kois.

Koi are very rarely free. If you know or can find someone with a koi pond, check with them and see if they have young fish in the spring that they will give you. Koi will spawn in the summer and when the pond is cleaned the next spring there will be bunches of them.
