I'm American but I hate it. I wish I could give every benefit that U.S. taxpayers pay for 3rd world countries.

I hate the fact that I'm american.....I wish that I was born in africa or guatemala....What can I do to make the non-americans understand that I hate america and I love foreign countries???

Why do you feel the need to convince other American's that you reject your birthright by posting your feelings on YA?

If you truly wish to convince non-American's that you renounce your citizenship, you should recognize that actions speak louder than words.

As far as " ... give every benefit that U.S. Taxpayers pay for 3rd world countries.", if you meant that you wish you could give UP every benefit, then the only way to do that is to choose which country you would like to ally with, and make the move. (In America you're free to leave... not so with a great many other nations.)

Of course, depending on which country you choose, I doubt it would be too long before you moved back. Africa is a continent, with many countries within it's geographic borders. Would you choose a country in Africa where genocide is the order of the day?

You also might want to choose one of the fifty or so nations who have transformed their previously monarchical, or oligarchical forms of government for a democratic model. Since the end of WWII, there are approx. 50 nations who have sacrificed blood to loosely model themselves after the U.S. in their people's quest for freedom.

All sarcasm and judgement aside, I doubt I will ever understand the shame you feel for being born American. But, if you truly feel that way then you should commit your energy and resources to moving abroad. There are millions of foreigners who would happily replace your renounced citizenship when you emmigrate.

If you hate being an American you could always leave and take up citizenship in Africa or Guatemala. That's why they call it a free country. You can leave when you want, you can say you hate being American that's free speech. In some countries you wouldn't have a lot of the freedom you have here.

Just change citizenships. Then move to Africa and gain citizenship in a country that will have you. Then you don't have to explain to people that you are American, but you hate America so they will like you because you will just be what ever African country you go to. Don't see why you want to give something that one person pays for to someone else though, it would be ridiculous for Americans to work so hard and have to give what they've earned to other people who haven't earned it.

Do something to help third world countries. If you can afford the time/money then join a charity (and preferably not one of the big ones, because they waste too much money, grr) and do work out there. It's an admirable thing to do.

Even better, set up your own charity to help people not being helped already.

Move to a third world country. You obviously have no clue as to the amount of freedom and opportunity you were given at your birth. If you prefer the idea of digging through rubbish for your meals or depending on your government to dictate your life, there are a lot of choices out there for you.
