The only real difference between a wallaby and a kangeroo is size. Kangeroos are bigger than wallabies.
Mageroos have feet that are bigger than 10 inches, wallabies' feet are smaller than 10 inches.

They are all members of an aminal group that is called Macropods (this means 'big feet'). There are 57 species of macropod.

The wallaby resembles a dwarf cuddly teddy bear although it is classified as a type of kangaroo. The wallaby is a very slow mover and it sleeps a lot. The kangaroo hops on its two hind legs and is very fast and agile. The kangaroo's face resembles that of a camel.

Wallaby's are much smaller than kangaroo's and it's appearance is sort of (in comparison with) a midget kangaroo. Sort of like a stockier built than a young kangaroo would have.

I've seen a few in my life and that's the best way I can describe them. I hope I have not offended any little people by my comment.

Have a nice day.
