Life is unfair yet there is that thing inside us which screams this is wrong. - it is a good voice - don't loose it - don't become cynical accepting it or worse manipulating it. we are born knowing it is wrong that's why almost every guy sits a little taller when watching a movie like brave heart. it is why so many love the comic super hero's. Karma tells you you get back what ever you give, but in the end - but it does not work, in that case if a person is being raped it is because they are paying for it from another life if you stop it they will have to pay another way. Thus the reason for the cast system in India (Over simplified I know) No that voice cries out to swim against the stream. to fight the battle that seems impossible. To good in a world of evil. It is a story line stitched in you from the beginning. don't ignore it LIVE IT. with all your strength take your position on the battle line. life begins there!
I, however, don't know how one can do that with out leaning back on God. I think soloman struggled with this in Ecclesiastes. You may not get an answer there, but you might get the idea that God gets the question. - if you dare try reading it - just find a readable version NOT King James for the average person that might as well be Latin NIV is common or almost any modern version

Good people do not get screwed all the time. I do believe it is your outlook on things. You may need to change your definition of good people. The people you call dirty unfair and cruel could just be people who are honest about their feelings and not afraid to say no. They do what they want to do and some how they are rewarded. Could it be that when those people do something it's what they want to do and they put there all into it. Where as you may feel slighted because when you wanted to say no you gave in and you consider that as being good. When we do things we don't want to do we feel we should be rewarded, but why? Especially since what we do will probably be not that good because you didn't want to do it.
Being a good person starts with being good to your self . Not doing things you don't want to do. Life is very fair good happens to all and so does bad. When you are on the outside of someones life looking in and you think their life is better than yours it is called envy not unfair.

Life is neither inherently fair or unfair, but you do get out of it what you put into it--meaning that if you act according to your own essential character and value system, you'll eventually get exactly what's coming to you. So if you see someone acting in an obviously dirty or immoral way, just remember that in the end, they'll get what they deserve.
This is true even if that person is a Christian, where regardless of works, he or she is bound to go to heaven. However, the Bible says that we will be judged by God before we enter our reward, and that reward depends on the quality of our works on earth. That's what James meant when he called faith without works dead. (James 2:17) Naturally, those who have lived their life doing the right thing, loving and helping others, will be receive greater rewards than those who didn't--if not always in this life, then in the next. But I'm a firm believer that good things will always happen to those who do good--it's just a matter of perspective.

It is an illusion - - - good & bad things happen to all sorts of people - - - however most humans have a tendency to seek over kill - - - example a man merely accused of child abuse is instantly assumed to be dirty unfair & cruel and if on the way to the courthouse they get gunned down - - - then most people will stare at his bloodied corpse and say that he got off easy and then whine about how sad & pathetic their own life is and how they never get a break. What you need to do is take a few steps back and look carefully at yourself and at others. Have you truly worked that hard - - - are you truly certain other people have not worked hard for their success? Maybe you should look at the positive in your life and not be so caught up in the negative?

I truly started thinking about life when my dad died last year at 45 yrs young. I find life truly unfair. I know it is wrong for me to think like this, but I am human. I think about all the innocent people that die from drunk drivers, drives bys,etc and wonder why do God take the good and leave the evil to ruin his creation. You would think the good would serve more time to teach wisdom to the new comers. I look at gang bangers, rapist, murderer and just say they are a waste of space.
Although life is unfair all we can do is live it to the best of our ability. Some people lives are harder than others because God has a deep lesson that he needs to teach. Don't think of life unfair, but as an ongoing lesson.

Life may seem unfair to you. I'm a firm believer in what I call the "Karma Train." People really do reap what they sow, even though it may not seem that way at the time. In the past, I've found it beneficial to stay clear of people who try to do me harm. Let life take it's course, and the scales will be balanced.
In the mean time...don't become fixated on what's fair or unfair in life. You will only do yourself personal harm. Live your own life, and be good to others.

If you are a believer in God perhaps knowing that God allows the sun to shine on the just and the unjust will help you. We have all done things that we are not proud of and hurt people we may have not meant to hurt. Remember that you are on the outside looking in at other people's lives. What you perceive as happiness and bliss may be absolute hell for the person you are looking at. Also, remember that the prince of this world rewards his own as God will also reward his own.
Don't be envious. Knowing that we are spirits having a human experience helps me when I feel down about what I don't have. This is a temporal plane.

There is no such thing as fair. Or Justice.
Take the animal world. Worms get eaten by birds. Birds get eaten by larger birds. The larger birds get eaten by wild cats. Etc.
The world is a cruel place filled with injustice. Be aware of it. But don't get distracted from it.
Remember that the world bieng unfair is not an excuse for bieng you to be unfair. You can choose to live the way you want. It's your choice.
As for dirty unfair and cruel people, well, the best way to deal with them is to ignore them.

Some might not have the best of everything but it's the ones who make the most of everything who are happy. Life isn't fair but you learn from mistakes and roll with the punches with a good attitude. That's how you get through life.

Sweetie, Life is unfair. it may seem that all the "bad" people are getting all the good stuff. But would you prefer to have things just given to you, or would you rather work for it and appreciate all that you have? Nothing is free and they will pay for all that they get in the wrong ways. happiness doesn't come from material things or people. It only comes from within yourself.
