well obviously he would look an even bigger muppet than he already is(if thats at all posible!). seriously though, what would happen,would be for george bush to step in,right behind blair and stick his right arm up blairs jack jones where the sun never shines and bush would work blairs body like a pro and throw his voice while rattleing blairs gormless chattering grinning shiney sparkling teeth....that is exactly what would happen..and everyone on the planet knows it makes sense....and its probably happening right now!

I know, but what about TV news reporters, particularly the BBC. They are constantly waving their arms around. Apparently they have been told to do this. But an arm gesture is intended to show emphasis, you are not supposed to do it all the time, because it looses impact if you are trying to emphasise everything.
