No i have not seen god, and I'm not likely to in this reality. Although if there was god we would be able to see the effects of such a cause (every cause has an effect). Maybe everywhere we look is an effect of god. If god was to physically show himself then he would have a purpose in doing so.

People could say that they have seen god in dreams, and if they did actually physically see god then it could just be an illusion, a trick of the eyes, a day dream etc.

Mind you I'm not saying god does or does not exist.

Yes, I have seen God..Read Gen 2. and you can see God in his created being...you can feel his presence. God came down 2 thousand years ago as a human being and his name was Jesus and he is the son of the living god..he is the same yesterday, today and for ever...Heb13:7-9. And if you have not seen him, ask his helper, the holy spirit to show you...it is an awesome experience to feel his presence....

Yes I did, but I cannot explain it to you; I can only show you. The experience was quite frustrating because it was all too clear too me what I was seeing but when I tried to give account for it to the people I was with at that moment, it disappeared. At that moment I could go back to it and see it over again, but again, if I tried to explain it, it simply disappeared and then I would forget what it was that I was seeing (most clearly). Every time I tried to explain it, it would simply disappear. Another thing worth commenting on was the fact that I felt quite deceived and frustrated in front of it. It is as if I new it would remain there for ages whereas I would not (I just wanted to be like it). I also felt like I had lived somebody else's life (I could not recognise myself in the sort of things I had been into in the past) and I also felt as if I had wasted my time in things not worth doing. All of a sudden I could hear my inner self telling me about life's true values and it was disappointing because there was a huge gap between what I had been doing until that moment and the things I wanted to do from that moment onwards.

Hello, I am a non sectarian, in the sense I believe there is a truth unic for everyone, sometime is just a question of language
but the experience came with Dzogchen (you can find a lot on internet, especially Namkhai Norbu)
God it is not separate from anything that manifest he does not have just one form so with our relative eyes we can look at the universe, we can look at the manifestations, and with our wisdom eye which is non conceptual knowledge we can discover the real nature of things, of life, the primordial state which is also not separate from our inner nature at a pure level.
Ciao

Yes , I've seen God.
I saw him in a dew frosted rose yesterday.
In my daughters eyes when she smiles at me.
In the meaning of the wedding band I wear to signify my connection with Him and my husband.
I see Him work miracles in the people that come here to Detox of their drugs and whiskey.
I saw him in the tides of the ocean that swept over our bodies as my husband I made love in the sand.
Oh yes.... I have seen Him and if you think about it long enough... you have too.

God is a spirit and cannot be seen by human eyes. We mere mortals are too imperfect to deserve the privilege of seeing God.
So great is His glory that to look upon it would result in our death.

i believe god exists within each one of us, and is not at all a different being. so i see god in everyone. of course that does not make me like everyone, i do dislike some people, i do not consider them all to be good just because god resides in each one of them. and if you ask me if i think i have met the best person in this world, then i would say, that yes, i have met the best person in the whole wide world and am very happy to have her close to me and to be close to her.

ya, i have seen god in the green feilds from where strangely a trre rises in the blue sky from where the water is poured in dry months, in the eyes of mother who gives birth to a young one , in the time of disaster where we think and think only one that is god in the days of agony and at last in time of happiness where we thank him for each and every moment of joy he gave to us
