any one can make a telescope, u just have to have alittle knowledge of engineering and craftsmanship. your local library should have books on telescope making. you can build them for pretty cheap. the most expensive part would be the mirrors or lenses. go to this web sits for a good book to look for http://www.willbell.com/tm/tm2.htm

You probably can not. You need to be so precise only a very skilled person can make one....And as you ask here I assume you are not that.

Besides for the money you would spend on the parts you can also buy a cheap (used) one.
