I'm losing weight, skipping dinners, and replacing soda with chewing gum.
Any words on what foods to avoid, and what foods to eat would be nice.
That or, any words at all.

Your on the right track ya every ones right your shouldn't skip meals but that's what i did and i replaced water for everything and took a few different dietary supplements to help me out to. And i took alot of energy supplements to give me energy to burn off calories I only ate once a day and smoked at least a pack of cigs a day which isn't good either. The way i lost weight was wrong but it worked be careful on any way you choose to lose weight it's not only replacing food. And make sure you really need to lose the weight i was 5'1" and in a size 22 now I'm still 5'1" and in a size 11-12 which is pretty good but I'm still on my way down to a 9-10. Also make sure your doing it for the right reasons not because someone else wants you but because you want to otherwise you will only gain weight because you will eat when your mad good luck Hun anymore questions contact me!

If you skip eating at all thats not good your body will go into a starve mode andstop losing weight better to go on the Dolly Parton diet ( cabbage soup thats all you eat Breckfast lunch or dinner)or go to salads or fruit you will feel better and lose quicker

that's not good what u're doing. u should eat properly. just skip the bread and food with lots of fat. u could try not to eat after 7 or 8 o'clock. that help 2. but eat real good in the morning, cereal, fresh fruits and all that. u should try to exercise a bit 2. hope i could be of any help.
