Through Cargo services, try Blue Dart or Fedex, it is not a hard thing to do.

The best way is through customs and excise. They will give you all the correct details on shipping and what is required by you the owner of the car for shipping it out to S/Africa. If you follow their recommendations you can not go far wrong. If you do get stumped you can also get in touch with the South African embassy and they will give you some advice as well. Or even try our own Foreign Office.

Turn it into a submarine (similar to James Bond's in The Spy Who Loved Me) and then off you go. Easy.
