Does your partner know or have you had to do what most of us had and faked it so he could get off and go away? If you havent done that thenits time to let your partner know he needs to take some responsibility here . Its not something he will think of on his own trust and believe that.. He can change positions last longers and pep up his foreplay. If he doesnt want to do that, suggest to him he goes and does what you do alone to have an orgasm until he wants to make sex mutual.

Have more foreplay. Tell your partner to stimulate your erogenous zones. Make sure you can have one or two orgasms before penetration. Since you can have orgasm when you are masturbating alone, I am sure with your partner's help, you can achieve orgasm during intercourse if both of you indulge in more foreplay instead of rushing into intercourse. If you can achieve orgasms before penetration, I am sure you will be able to achieve orgasms vaginally. Good luck!

This sounds like an emotional blockage...you need to trust your man to give you pleasure from sex and you must relinquish your control over your own body and mind to him! It's a definite control issue going on...been there, done that! After being married to him for 10 years you should be able to relax enough for him to do this for you.

How did you enjoy making love without orgasm??? You have to talk with your partner and tell him your problem... You have to consult him, tell him what you want.. the styles... everything... perhaps he would also feel great when he knows he satisfies you... You should both enjoy life...

Simple. You need to tell your husband how you need him to play with your clit to make you c.u.m. I read that 65% of all women NEVER have an orgasm for regular sex. Obviously, your husband does not know what you need. Help him. I expect he would love to make you c.u.m.
Good luck

If at all possible try to get your partner to do to you what you do to yourself; direct your partner; guide your partner to do what it is that you need to reach orgasm. Otherwise, you'll be flying solo for another 10 years.

You need to speak to your husband. By working together you can have it happen. Don't hold back when having sex with your man let all your feelings go and instruct him what you want him to do. You can get there and if your husband loves you he will do what you want.
