just approach her and give a little smile..maybe she will start talking with you, then you just go from there..if not just say hello...and if the conversation starts...and she is smiling..ask her out for a drink or a cup of coffee after work. once you start talking it will be easy..just getting started is the hard part.

Start by saying something about why you approached her. "You always look so good when you wear your hair like that? Do you do it yourself?" Anything that attracts you to her, that you could ask her about. Then let it flow naturally from there.

You may want to start a conversation like Hi ho are you and see how she is, then maybe talk to her a few times to see if she likes women! Good luck!

Go for it girl. Find a question you are comfortable with asking... then ask it. Small talk works wonders.

u have to be careful. what are the rules about co-worker relationships at your job? if its ok, then just be natural. like, hey I like your... (shirt, new hairdo, car). Or, gee, this day is just dragging, what do you do to wind down after work? do you have a bf?

compliment on something about her. tell her how good she seems to be at her job, or how lovely she looks today, or how nice it is to see such a cheerful person at work everyday, etc.
all love compliments....
