There's no way to make yourself taller because there is no way to make your bones grow. Sorry, but you're stuck.

dont bother its in ur genes how tall u get. nothing will help alot, maybe a few centimeters but never a lot!
If ur not over 20, u still have a chance of having ur growing spurt. Trust me, dont eat anything u wudnt normally. dont become fatter just because u think it'll make u taller. it wont.
I'm small too but so was my mom when she was my age. Now shes like 1.74 meters. That's tall for a woman! So just be patient and if it doesnt work it doesnt work.
Oh, and if you smoke, stop, it slows/cuts down ur growing.
That's all i can think of. Good luck!

Calcium supplements is all I can think of. Calcium supports bone growth. I take Viacta - it's a calcium chew you can find in the diet pill aisle. The caramel flavor is really tasty!

there are none. height is based on genetics.
but some say that yoga/pilates/streching might help.
but there are techniques on how to look taller,
like wearing skinny jeans, wearing heals, looking skinny,
and all that jazz. :]

you never know, you might grow taller later on.
it just depends.

There are many reasons for our lack of growth, but the most important one is the limited and unbalanced level of growth hormones in our body. It is growth hormones that grow the cells, bones, muscles, and organs of our bodies. Growth hormone is a protein produced particularly by the pituitary gland. Proteins are made of building blocks known as amino acids. Located in the center of our brain, the pituitary gland is often called the master gland because it controls the release of many of the body's hormones.

There are two unnatural ways to increase growth hormone level:

1) Using growth hormone - releasing products like glycine, glutamine, agrinine, ornithine, niacin, and 16 other amino acids which you can get with or without a prescription. Such substances and drugs are usually used by body builders. They are also useful for elderly people to increase their growth hormone level. Some of them are good for boosting immunity, protecting the liver, fighting cancer, helping rebuild body tissue after surgery or trauma, and many other treatments.

Because amino acids help produce growth hormones, some of them, with proper exercises, may be taken to increase your growth. However, I would not recommend doing this self-treatment without medical supervision, especially for children. Any of these drugs has to be taken with proper dosage and some of them with other drugs or nutrients. Improper usage may cost you serious problems.

Also, there are many side effects from using these products: diarrhea, low toxicity, headache, drowsiness, muscle spasms, dizziness, high blood pressure, nervousness, depression, hair loss, gaining weight, and many more.
So, be careful!

2) Another unnatural way to increase growth is the man-made growth hormone received by series of injections (which cost from $12,000 to 18,000 per year), prescribed after careful evaluation of a person's growth pattern and growth potential. These injections may help you to grow, but inducing growth too quickly may inhibit later growth.

In addition, unnatural growth hormones may produce other various side effects including: high cholesterol, diabetes, liver abnormalities, increased tissue stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome, musculosketal disease, neuropathy, allergic reactions, pancreatitis, hyperglycemia, visual deterioration, headaches, vomiting, increased liver enzyme levels, increased sweating, edema, pain in general and back pain specifically. Pick the one you prefer. If you receive these injections, your body will adapt to this drug and will refuse to produce natural growth hormones after you stop receiving injections.

If you think these procedures are not for you, there are other ways to increase growth hormone release naturally, with no side effects! They are explained step-by-step in my book, "Growing Taller Secrets", and based on special diet, physical, mental exercises and other activities.

Genetically, every person has been "preprogrammed" to attain a certain height. However , most people never reach this height simply because they do not do everything right for their body to maximize growth. To make the most out of your potentials you need to learn how and use your knowledge!
