exercise, fruits, vegetables, some meat, milk, eggs... just nothing fatty with a lot of sugar.
whenever you're hungry, but you've alrdy eaten, to reduce ur stomach size, drink water, it fills up ur belly.
But only after u've actually eaten something, otherwise it wud be a crash diet which really isnt good for ur health!
Good luck!
Oh, and keep everything regular. One day wont help, keep it going. Exercise, maybe increase the number of meters or kilometers of running or somthing every day for endurance. But never too much at a time, bit by bit, it will help!

It doesn't mater what kind of exercise you do, fat is all burned all over the body, not in the area of the workout. All that happens to the area being worked out is better muscle tone. Any diet and exercise kept up will reduce your belly

I think what you need is sit ups not a diet. Do some sit ups to reduce your belly area. If you diet you might lose weight from a different part of your body and still have the untoned belly.

i've lost over 40 pounds doing atkins, and it's not an unhealthy diet before everyone screams foul. most people only know the induction and thats onlt the first two weeks, then you add back in more healthy carbs. i felt a little off the first three days and then my energy skyrocketed. you can pick up the book for $5, its worth investing the time for a lifetime of good health! good luck!!!!

stop eating all junk spicy fatty foods. take a glass of warm water in the morning on empty stomach with 2tsp honey and 1/2 lime juice. take only par boiled vegetables with yoghurt. for lunch for breakfast have fresh fruits and juices. no canned or tinned juices please. and start excersing to tone up ur muscles.

only way 2 reduce belly is to involve in physical exercises such as swimming,running,jogging etc.
