I love the quote he made outside the court:

"I want to finish, brothers and sisters, by saying one thing. Gretna have made it into Europe for the first time in their lives, but what we have done in the last five weeks is the equivalent of Gretna taking on Real Madrid in the Bernabeu and beating them on penalties, that’s what we’ve done."

Pure class!

What a result.
So Tommy likes a good time?
So what?
What a brilliant MSP and and (former) leader of a brave party.
The scum who write these lies are putting coke up their noses (allegedly) and mixing with politicians and high-profile media people.
Who is the editor of the News Of The World?
Who regularly fronts Reporting Scotland?
Married?
Who is the First Minister?
Who often fronts political discussions on late night TV (and whose company MAKES these programmes)?
Do they holiday together?

Utterly corrupt - the lot of them
Power to the people!.

Tommy Sheridan = numptie

He's protestested against virtually everything that's "bad" in Scotland - the poll tax, trident, etc... I don't remember him protesting against the building of the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood, yet it's cost us £431 million. Where were his Socialist values then? In the end, like a number of other politicians (my opinion) - he's in it for the money (according to the Scotsman he won't pocket any of the £200,000 damages awarded - but WILL benefit from the £20,000 paid out by the Daily Record for his story, and his wife gets paid for a column) . What does a guy from Pollock care if folk think he's out for a good time - where I come from he'd be lauded as a hero for it - how many of us can say we've tried "group sex"? Many a man's fantasy - not many can make it come true. C'mon Tommy - 'fess up - You know you want it as much as we do!

No he is not a superstar but a brave man knowing the mud that would be slung about during the court case. He must have a strong marriage to with stand this course of action. About time tabloids were sued for the lies that they print

I like the man. He has an ego, yes, but he also has conviction about his beliefs.

Besides, the News of the World isn't a real newspaper, just some posher-tabloid rag then the Sun...both suffer major brain damage problems when it comes to do anything right, or truthfully

Probably not a Superstar but a man who has defended his character against a fascist scandal sheet controlled by an Aussie.
