It's pretty cold in Amsterdam, so I'd go with the eastern St. Thomas region in the Virgin Islands. As always, ask the folks with no tan lines and you'll find it.
I belong to a really great little community near the Island area of western Lake Erie, but it's a closely-guarded secret, not for the I-net. For seven months out of the year, it's Heaven. You can be nude almost anywhere on a boat, although I prefer the Great Lakes. Winters are definitely out there, too, though.
The best thing about being a nudist is, all you ever really need is a towel and a smile. Everything else is optional.

I also haven't lived in one but have visited a couple naturist resorts. One had year-round residents and the other only had seasonal residents. To live in a naturist/nudist community would be just like living in any other small gated community, except you would also have the very relaxed and comfortable freedom to be completely nude any time and any place you want. When not living in such a place, even the most secluded country home that is a wonderful place for a naturist to live still comes with the back-of-the-mind thought that an unexpected person could come along, whether or not they should be there, see the nudity up close or from a distance, and file a complaint with the cops (which they usually do without making the slightest attempt to talk to you first and learn why you were nude). Anyway, living in a community where nudity is completely accepted eliminates that fear so that you can leave the house any time of the day, wearing not a thread, and wave to the neighbors as you go about your business. The only possible downside is if you're not very social and prefer seclusion to having neighbors close by since nudist communities are usually built with small houses and yards.

You should try moving in the Tampa area in Florida. That area leads the world in nudists per capita.
There is also a nude city in the south of France called Cape D'Agde, which attracts more than 150,000 tourists per year.
The Florida Association for Nude Recreation (link provided below) will give you the best options for places to go nude at.

Move to Israel. It is the land of love. You might even get a good part in a movie. Too bad you missed the last one, BOMBS AND BOOBS. But if you pack your bags and fly out there now you may be the next star of BUSH IN THE BUSH
