who knows, it might be the fact that we hate getting sand in our shoes. or ... oh yeah, you might wanna sit down for this but maybe cuz saudi arabia is a sovereign nation that doesn't belong to us (it's a surprise i know). and of course they allow the friends of the administration to get rich
