if she maintains good hygiene nothing but a vagina is a breeding ground of thousands of bacterias and viruses if infected,oral sex can cause serious STD and pass on the infection easily as it is the most easiest way for body fluids to merge. take protection and maintain clean habits and of course when you do the same thing everyday you do not enjoy it becomes a habit .

That's up to you, nothing wrong will happen to you neither to your wife. Just do not get to much enthusiastic and start blowing inside because she is not a balloon and after a while she would end up in a Surgery because of it.
Go ahead if that hobby makes both happy.Be sure that when you hang around you don't catch any bad bug, otherwise it will not be that pleasant once your wife is already sick.
