the answer to this question depends on the mind set of the majority community. the politicians know that what ever said and done against the majority community will go unnoticed and the majority community(read the Hindus) will vote for them. they know that by publicly speaking against the Hindus they can run into the vote Banks of the Christians and the Muslims .
to make their wish come true the majority votes for them and the minority follows the team of politicians that speak hatred against the Hindus(karunanadhi, mulaym singh, arjun singh......................many many more).
unless we wake up to this do not expect the govt made by us to wake up to it
