She's an attention-whore.
Some people will say anything to get drama and a big response. Pregnancy is something that tends to incite that in others. She's being a dirtbag. Tell her to stop lying!

She's a compulsive/pathological liar. I think its sort of an illness that they have tendency to tell lies to get attention. People may appear to have everything on the outside but on the inside there's something that they search for.

My answer to this question is that you friend is a compulsive liar and she will keep on lying to you about any thing she seems fit to . You need to let her go and find some one else .You don't need her if she keeps doing this to you as one day you will get hurt from her really bad .
