its baloney, your ignition system already produces all the juice you need, all that is necessary is voltage enough to jump the spark plug's gap and today's ignition systems do that great, believe me its a load of bull

Their explanation of how this thing is supposed to work makes little sense, and no workable ignition module could ever be wired in the way they showed for certain applications. If you want a good quality ignition amplifier, get one from a reputable company like MSD or Accel.

Even good ignition amplifiers don't do much good unless you have an older ignition system (as in 1970's or earlier) or have modified your engine to the point where it actually needs a stronger spark.

One technique that I have seen that can get real results in many cars is to set the spark plug gap width just a little wider than stock.

I clicked on the link you provided and found just what I would have expected a load of crap. As long as you maintain your engine properly with the recommended parts and at the proper service intervals you will get the maximum of performance and economy from your vehicle. And any money you would spend on something like this product will be a complete waste.

If you have a 1980s vintage car or earlier, there are aftermarket ignition components to upgrade from 7mm to 8mm type higher voltage spark plug wires. Mallory is one company who manufactures such high performance ignition system components typically for racing car applications.
