what is the limit of questions one can answer in a day/night?

Depends on what level you are. On the question page, upper left, is a green box with your name and level. You can click it and it will show you a chart of the levels and how much you're allowed to do each day.

its all according to what your level is, once you reach your limit the thing will tell you, after level 5 you have no limits

it depends on what level you are. check the guidelines, it's all there. level 5 is unlimited, tho.
