NO, this was proved by the Mythbusters, a show on The Discovery Channel. The enitre show is devoted to finding popular myths and testing them to see if they could work, it that fails then the test them to see what it would need to make them work.
In Episode 36: Killer Tissue Box: http://dsc.discovery.com/fansites/mythbusters/episode/00to49/episode_03.html
They proved that a tissue box near the rear window in a car will not seriously injure you if you are in a collison or have to stop short.
You can even go to a fan site: http://community.discovery.com/1/OpenTopic?a=frm&cdra=Y&s=6941912904&f=9701967776 and make suggestions for myths to test on future shows.

I saw an episode of Mythbusters that proved that it couldn't happen. The box of Kleenex didn't have enough mass to hurt you.

NO! It would have to weigh a lot more than a Kleenex box is wont to weigh. Mythbusters did a segment on this and came to this same conclusion.

Neither the box, nor the Kleenex would even be able to give you a paper cut.
My answer would be no.
