I was running in a basement of a 1850's circa schoolhouse and I was knocked down { I'm 6'6"255lbs.} by something and then a picture of a kid fell off the wall afterwards hey all I thought people that believed in ghosts were all crazy until now but that **** scared me and I'm a biker dude and real hard 2 scare wazupwitthisshit.

when my mother was murdered, weeks later something kept on walking through my father's house. He prayed for the spirit to leave, and it never happened again. It might be your angel watching over you. Be careful in what you are doing. If you are doing something dangerous, take the warning.

Ghost ushally dont seek to harm you, Some just want to communicate I've been around ghost all my life. My cousins house is really haunted and the only thing that happens here is the TV changes channles, turns up alot, and some times you see a body hanging from the oak tree beside there house from where someone was hung back in the civil war. Ghost are people who had a quick sudden death, they have unfinished business, or someone wont let them go and they cant cross over. There ushally nothing to be afraid of unless its an evil ghost with alot of energy. Then maybe, but ushally the evils ones dont have that much energy. Its nothing to be afraid of. It's freaky at first but then you get use to it. The ghost may have chosen you to figure out what it needs to cross over. Irt may even be a family member the picture of the boy may have fallin off the wall because of the energy from the ghost. OR they may just be the type of ghost that likes to play with peoples heads. Do some research on the property and on ghost in genaral. Don't try to hunt the ghost on you own and who ever you choose to hunt with make sure they know what they're doing because if they dont they may just piss it off and it may harm you. Plus most ghost hunters that are real would be able to tell you wither or not the ghost is good or bad so you dont get into a situation that you shoudn't be in. Try to find a true Wiccan or someone who is good with spirt contact. So be safe and dont do anything you will regret.

Ghosts/spirits/energy are real. I grew up in a haunted house and have lived in a few places since with spirits. Most can't hurt you, most don't want to hurt you. Some times you get a confused spirit that doesn't know it's dead.
I'd just get up, say you're sorry and continue on your way. It may have been an accident, or it may have been an annoyed school marm who hated kids running in the school! If you still feel threatened, use dried, ground tobacco (ie. cigs) they protect against bad spirits. Or rose oil... but cigs are easier to explain away! Toss the tobacco towards what ever you ran into or if you "feel" something is there.
Both of these saved my butt when I found out there was a nasty thing living in a basement of my apt! Good luck!

I have always believed in the afterlife. There are different degrees of spirits and it sounds like you ran in to one that has been around for awhile. Most older homes and buildings have some sort of spirit in them especially if it is near an underground water supply. I don't know why this is, but it has been my experiece that it is definatly true. For whatever reason that spirit wanted you to know it was there. Maybe it wanted you to leave or maybe it wanted your help. You will probably never know, but I do not think you are crazy.

The language bit puts me off a litte, but it could mean some kind of a message or warning to you from someone that cares. Sometimes when these things happen someone we love has passed away. Check it out. It has happened to me.

Ghosts are people without their fleshly body vehicles. Either dead, or astral travelers in dream state. Yes, they are real. "Discarnate entities" is my favorite term.
