The majority of animals see color to some extent, including crabs, which see blue. Most fruit eating animals see color, such as some bats, primates such as humans and chimps, most birds, and reptiles. Even dogs and cats see in color, though the actual colors are quite limited. I think they see blues, greens and perhaps reds, but don't quote me on that.

Some aquatic arthropods see light only, such as some crabs and lobsters. They have special eyes that can track the movement of light and dark shapes. Despite these simple eyes, it helps them capture food.

I've been told rats are officially color blind, but I think even they see limited color. They see light and dark better than color, due to their life in tunnels and nocturnal habits.
