If the positive and negative ends of electric wire touch each other, a lightning like flash occurs. This is nothing but the neutralising of the opposite charges at very high potential differences. Some times the wire may melt due to high temperature. The conductance of electricity by the short circuted wire may decrease. This may cause fire accidents. Now a days, the MCB (Micro circuit board) are very helpful in avoiding this type of short circuit. Due to short circuit, the electical appliances may get damaged.

short circuit occur when the negative and positive side of the wires touch each other or if you have overloaded the circuit. the effect is that will be no current will flow on the circuit. Current is the electricity that come from the circuit

short-circuit is a defect in the circuit caused when two live wires possessing the same/different kind of flow of energy (positive/negative) join each other. however, if you join a wire having zero potential (no energy) it become a extension of that wire and not a short-circuit.
short-circuit are dangerous. they can destroy the whole electrical circuits, damages applainces, and even burn big buildings.
the safest way to prevent them it to switch off the main switch when ever you find that there is a burning smell or fluctuation in current. if you cannot do that....take out the fuse.

Well, its because the circuit is complete, but there is no resistance to the flow of electrones. So, if you check this formula:
I = V/R
Where:
I = electric current
V = voltage
R = resistance
If the resistance goes closer to zero, then the current rises to infinite!!!
If you have for example, just a wire between the two electrical lines, you have a very little resistance (that would be the one from the wire, theyre designed to have little resistance) and the current is super high... so thats why the sparks! A high current might burn your electrical circuit.

when 2 terminals of a circuit are connected through a zero resistance wire then the terminals are short circuited.
shart circuit may destroy the main circuit

only circulate sluggish while they inform you pull over and you wont hit the shrink. of direction you're allowed to diminish your mirror, set them to despite works for you in the previous you get to the dmv, and once you're employing and you spot small streets, seem on the two aspects. be sure to no longer circulate too sluggish or too rapid, they'd take factors off for that

Blow a fuse if you got one. This actually coz the current to be very high, then it will generate heat and fire will follow.
