I used to use this as an emergency have got my pimple off in 20 minutes to maximum overnight.
Start washing your face immideatly. Preferably with an anitseptic soap(mild one). You can even wash it with oatmeal two to three times a day.
Then this is the emergency method. I use a shaving cream. The really old shaving creams those thick ones. Dettol used to have an antiseptic shaving cream. I just take a nice thick dab and put it on the acne. This works like reverse osmosis, the shaving cream being denser that the puss inside sucks the the puss all out withouut a scar. the longer you leave it the better. It has just diappeared for me.
I sometimes take Dettol and apply it directly, but many people who have done that have had burn marks so if you have sensetive skin dont even try it out.
If you cannot get your hands on shaving cream go in for the thickes acne cream you can get your hands on. And after massagin in a considerable amount. Then you can leave a large dab on your face try leaving it overnight.
If you have threedays then i think just washing your face with oatmeal will get rid of it. Use the above only if you want be on the safer side.
Remember to change your pillow covers and dont touch ur face with unclean hands.
I hope this helps
Cheers

Definitely the tanning bed option! Just don't get a burn. Tanning will clear up the acne. It actually kills the top skin cells and therefore promotes new skin cell growth. Do this for three days in a row and your acne will be gone. On the third day, get a nourishing and moisturizing facial (not an extraction, because that will leave your skin all red). This will exfoliate and moisturize to get rid of the dry skin problem. If you still need it, Clinique super double face powder gives awesome coverage and will hide anything. And, it has mineral oil to help with the dry sking problem. But don't use it daily, or you will continue to break out.

My tip would be. First gather what you need. Then wash your face with your normal soap and use very hot water. Finish by keeping a hot towel on your face to open up the pores in your skin. Then use an abrasive scrub. Then use a face peal. Afther you wash that off steam you skin again with a hot towel. Then put very cold water on your facce to close the pores. Then put on some gentle lotion. Take in a little sun Then get make up.........a good coverup base and a foundation that is like the color of your face. This will even out the discolorations on your face.
Drink lots of water. eat healthy, and gets lots of sleep and you will be fine

Might want to really see a derm about this. Cleanse gently - don't scrub. Moisturize. You could always do with that. Um I think (don't try this if you aren't sure) soda plus water works...toothpaste, but that was for pimples when I last tried. Actually you need to figure out if those are SCARS or ALLERGIES or what. Sleep is the best cure of anything though, okay, scientifically proven for acne. I might get back to you, good luck.

Treating baby acne is more about what you should not do rather than what you should do. Do not scrub or vigorously wash your baby's skin. This will only cause further irritation to the sensitive skin. Wash your baby's face with water and some mild baby soap once a day. If she has particularly sensitive skin, wash with warm water only. Avoid putting any creams, lotions or oils on your baby's skin. These products can also irritate acne. Use a natural fabric detergent that is made for sensitive skin to wash your baby's clothes.

It's risky but you might try Neosporin. Not too much so it doesn't clog your pores, but so the dots (which appear to be some type of scar or irritation from the acne...) will heal. Make sure to wash your face like normal though. Try also using a face toner to try and even out your skin tone and clear up the acne.
