What do you do with really stiff tampons that just won't "seperate" properly? Especially cardboard tubes.

Sometimes simply pushing hard just doesn't work well enough. Then what? I hate wasting anything so don't suggest to throw it away - I only do that as a last resort.

Try using tampons that have a plastic applicater. Or you can try OB tampons. They have no applicater.

I know you said not to say throw them away but throw them away and get some with a plastic applicator

the tampons that you are using are just not right for you
