Perhaps they do it to put others down and make themselves feel important or better than the other person. They may also do it because they have pleasure in hurting someone, which is totally sick. People are people and we need to respect one another and NOT abuse or hurt each other. WE are all made in God's image. Let's be kind and not rude nor abusive.

B'coz they forget that they too are just Humans. They think They can play God if they are in a better position than others . They should realise Importance of another persons feelings as well . So make them realise that they are in no way different from other human being.

Maybe hurting other is considered a pre-emptive strike... you know attack before being attacked.... there is no excuse for it and is very sad... makes this world seem like a horrible place. Well at least that is the only way I can make sense of it.... fear and ignorance and just plain selfishness... people not carrying about another human being these days :(..

Because human beings are imperfect. When they do it intentionally, it's probably out of greed, anger, or jealousy. But when they do it unintentionally, it's human error.
There is no perfect answer to this question, as every instance of pain is different, but mostly I can tell you it's because humans are self-centered, greedy, egotistical, foolish, narcissitic imperfect fools.

some people hurt others because it makes them feel tough or like there better then everyone. but that not always the case sometimes people take the frustrations out on others before they stop and think about what their doing.

This is the human nature that everybody want to prove themselves superior than others so inthis process they hurt others knowingly or unknowingly.

ignorance, low self esteem of one's self!!
Basically these are lost people who don't known who they are, once you know who you are, you would give a damn about hurting others, you would not do it at all!!! Instead, you would help them, if only you knew how good the positive Karma would come back around to you to help you!!!! How do I know this wisdom, well this is what makes a King!!

Everyone never hurt others. If they do that, it must have a reason.maybe thay want to wide their country, or because they are crazy or jealous, or even rude.
