not too expensive. i dress like lindsay lohan sorta kinda. but im not into paying the bucks. where can i shop?

The beverly hills mall and close to that id kitson and robertson blvd. then do down some more and there is melrose. also there is rodeo but thats too expensive. the grove is close too.
