In MLB, it is Hank Aaron.
But in "baseball history," it is Sadaharu Oh. He played in the Japan League and hit more home runs than Hank Aaron. Oh had 868 to Aaron's 755. You need to reword your question.

No knock against Henry Aaron, an underrated and great player, not to mention a great man, Sadaharo Oh holds the record in Japan, and I believe Josh Gibson in the old ***** Leagues may hold the all-time record with around 800.
