do all woman get sore breast when they are pregnant and what are other signs of pregnancy at around 5-6 weeks?

Menstruation stops. You have nausea and aversion to certain smells like that of onion and spices. The breast soar is a symptom.

The answer to your question is nipples will get sore ,going to the toilet frequently, lower back ache , outer ring of your nipple will change colour, tiredness and you might get morning sickness . All these symptoms are common for a pregnant women in there early stage of pregnancy.

Sometimes your breasts can get sore but it doesn't always happen. Some people are just lucky i guess. Other symptoms of pregnancy:
Tender, swollen breasts
Fatigue
Leg cramps
Weird period or missed period
Bloating
Moodiness, emotional
You may have most of these by now but not all women get all symptoms.

That probably happens later after a few months when your breasts prepare to lactate for the soon to be newborn.
Your body is just beginning to change. The changes will be suttle at the beginning.
