I trust that I have caused it to be known by my actions through out the duration of each relationship that my loved ones truly are loved. I wouldn't burden them with the challenge of saying goodby. I would Share my pizza with them though. I would also request that this small group, (probably my immediate family) sharing my pizza would extend my well wishes to the extended family. I would keep the knowledge of my immanent death to myself.

I'd call whoever in my family might be best at relaying messages to everyone else.... unfortunately, that probably wouldn't be the kids....

I'd tell whoever I called where the will is located, how much I love everyone, and something good about each person that I care about, where I keep my favourite recipes and the last chocolate bar I stashed, how to read my journal without feeling insulted, what I want them to do at my funeral... and then I'd say, "HAVE YOU GOT ALL THAT IN WRITING????"

I wouldnt call anyone. If i cant call everyone I;d love to thank, i wouldnt call anyone at all. If i call my mom id surely hurt my dada, if i call my dad i;d surely hurt my mom. I;d love to call two of my friends more than my family, mom, dad, sis, grandma, and if i did, id hurt them. and how to decide which friend to call? Both are great, both just make me feel sooo well when they are around, both make me forget how histrionic i am. Both are only friends just friends and nothing more, another reason why i love them, and both deserve to hear my thank.

So I;d just trade a call to a piece of paper and a pen and write like 20 names, i love you all and thank you a lot. And die hoping they all read it.

..'who would you call'' is perfectly correct. The only time you would use 'whom' is if you said 'to whom would you make your last call' or 'you would make that call to whom'.
