There is a chain of shops called "Plumb Centre" which specalise in plumbing fittings. Try them or B&Q. From my own experience I reccomen tasking the old ballcock with you to make sure the fitting is the same.

Any DIY Store (or plumbers merchant).
Just check what type of fitting your existing one is (side feed / bottom feed).
Depending on type / age you may have to replace the whole valve assembly, but this shouldn't cost more than a tenner.
