Labor laws should provide the workers the right to form unions that will represent the workers in negotiating with the employer regarding conditions of work and payment of wages. On the other hand, the law must mandate the employer to respect the rights of the unions. Industrial harmony can only be achieved if the workers and employers respect the rights of each other.
