ok well i was dating my bf for almost 3 months and he is pretty popular with everyone at our shool considering there are only 155 kids...and i was really worried i would loose him. well he broke up with me over a month ago and we are still friends but i think he did it to have friends with bennifits with another girl in my grade and he is a senior this year and im a sophmore. but he did it nice and he didnt do anything to hurt me he just broke it off because she will give him what he wants and she isnt as shy as i am i guess...but now i just cant get over him and im really trying but its hard when my school is soo small and there is no one else i like and im going to have a class with the both of them this year!! im going to feel very upset! and advise...he did mention to me that we might be able to get back together when school started again so we can see eachother but i doubt he still wants too...i have no idea! im sooo confused! HELP!!

I think you should try to forget him, because he broke up with you and if he hasn't made any step to get back with you, then there's no way you'll ever be together with him. Start going out with your friends and maybe you'll find a good boy who'll love you, but life hasn't started and hasn't ended with any boy till now. Keep in mind the wonderful memories you had together and move on with your life. Don't mind them if they are in your class, try to appear, at first, happy that theya re together, and when you get over him...that won't be a problem anymore, just don't let them see you suffering and unhappy or they will win. It is quite likely that he will pressure you and if you do not give in he will break up with you again. You SHOULD NOT give "benefits" as a way to keep a guy. While you can't get him off your mind, it is obvious that he is not really the right person for you. You need to wait...be patient...concentrate on school and school activities. Let this guy get his benefits from other girls who have no respect for themselves. It is obvious that YOU DO have respect for yourself. Ok the same thing has happened to me when you think a guy likes you but he breaks up with you. Anyway act confeident about him and don't act too desparte around him. and if he does ask you out again tell him you'll think about and in your next class together write him a note saying Yes! if you want to because he did hurt you.
