Most people probably won't even notice. I used to move a lot, and sometimes it helped if I knew even just ONE person at school before the big day. Maybe there is some way you could meet someone so that you have someone to talk to on your first day. After that, it's a piece of cake. Most likely, you aren't the only new one either. Good Luck!

Dont go with your Dad. Have him drop you off in front of the school, get to the door and turn and wave to him. Then walk in like you own the place. If you get lost just ask some nice looking person to point you in the right direction. Youll remember that day forever!!

Of course not. Starting high school is not easy. It's one-step closer to college and to your future career. You shouldn't care about what others think of you. If they think that going with your father is a childish thing to do, then they are NOT your real friends. Don't worry, you'll make new friends in no time. Good luck and best wishes.

look, there is nothing wrong with doing this. And if ur scared about making friends, well, just really concentrate on getting high marks. I did the same thing and most people r now my friends. Friends come NATURALLY! u have got nothing 2 worry about!

i feel your pain I'm also starting high school with no friends, but if i were u i would just go alone. Kids always find ways to make fun of other people if even for no reason. Ive been made fun of for the stupidest reason before I normally try to ignore it, but just not doing it also works.

who cares what people think- that's the problem, people need to worry less what other think and be themselves- dont worry everyone else will come around- and no it won't be babiesh to show up with your dad- do you have a liscense? Can you drive a car? then how else will you get to school? anythings better than the cheese wagon

No, I don't think they'll say anything to you about your dad going to I assume you mean registering.

Jr. high you might here that kind of thing, but in high school kids are getting more mature.

Or think that your mom died or that your dad kidnapped you of that your mom doesn't love you
Or that your dad is richeir
of that you feel more confortable around him

And they really shouldn't care
